Karen Stub Panteloukas — Founder & CEO

📍 Copenhagen, Denmark

Karen is the Founder and CEO of Twinno, responsible for setting vision, leading execution, and building the organization across product, strategy, partnerships, and capital planning. She combines startup leadership with deep enterprise experience, drawing on more than two decades in executive and commercial roles across technology, consulting, and digital transformation. Before founding Twinno, Karen served as Vice President of Sales for Northern Europe at T-Systems, Sales Director at Accenture, and held multiple leadership and consulting roles at IBM. Throughout her career she has built high-performing teams, led complex go-to-market transformations, and worked closely with C-suites, founders, and investors on growth, alignment, and organizational change. Karen has founded and advised startups, developed new operating models, and led initiatives at the intersection of AI, strategy, and business design. She is motivated by creating clarity, enabling strong leadership teams, and guiding companies through growth and transformation.

Søren Degn Jahns — Co-Founder & CTO

📍 Copenhagen, Denmark

Søren brings deep product and engineering leadership to Twinno, shaped by more than two decades of building mission-critical platforms in highly regulated industries. As Founder and CTO of Insurance Business Applications (IBA), he led the design and development of a cloud-native insurance platform built from the ground up — architecting scalable SaaS infrastructure, overseeing Product and R&D, and aligning DevOps, Security, Support, and Compliance into a single, high-performance delivery organization. His experience spans complex data models, workflow automation, multi-tenant architecture, and enterprise-grade reliability — all essential foundations for Twinno's AI-driven, collaborative platform. Prior to IBA, Søren held senior technology leadership roles at Oracle, Acando, and Intec, where he drove digital transformation initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and delivered platforms used by large enterprises across Europe. At Twinno, Søren focuses on building a secure, scalable, and future-proof technology backbone — enabling founders and investors to work with confidence on a platform designed to evolve as they do.

Solvej Biddle — Advisory Board Member

Solvej brings extensive experience in scale-up strategy, investor readiness, and leadership coaching to Twinno. As UK Ambassador for Tech Nordic Advocates, she supports Nordic and Baltic tech founders expanding into new markets and connects them with investors, partners, and global ecosystems. A former founder and CEO, Solvej built and internationalized an award-winning consumer brand across 21 countries and secured investment on Dragons' Den, giving her first-hand insight into fundraising and high-stakes negotiation. Through her advisory and coaching work, she has guided CEOs, boards, and growth-stage companies on stakeholder influence, international expansion, and leadership under pressure. Helle Ørsted — Advisory Board Member

Helle brings more than three decades of leadership, board governance, and organizational development experience to Twinno. She has served as a board advisor and advisory board member across multiple technology and growth-stage companies. As Managing Partner at Leadership Agents and long-time co-owner of ChangeGroup, Helle has coached executives, built self-organizing teams, and guided organizations through complex transformation and modern leadership practices. Anders Holm — Advisory Board Member

Anders brings deep experience in strategy, transformation, and financial-services technology leadership to Twinno. Currently a Consulting Partner at IBM, he has spent his career advising banks and financial institutions on digital transformation, operating models, and large-scale change programs. Previously, Anders served as Chief Commercial Officer at Fadata Group and held senior executive roles at Temenos, where he led Nordic operations and delivery across multiple markets.
