Foresight, Democratized

"In a world where speed, uncertainty, and AI collide, your edge lies in how well you think ahead."

I like this quote. It sums up why Strategic Foresight is becoming increasingly important and utilized amongst corporates. But why should it be only for the rich and famous? I advocate for the use of AI in the field of Private Equity using Strategic Foresight. Why? Because it helps democratize the access to decision-power. It makes Foresight accessible to the business in most need of it: The Growth Business. A Growth business with the least ability to spend resources on scouting for emerging trends, syndicating everything that goes on 'out there' and making sense of it all.

I know, Strategic Foresight is a creative job, it's human co-creation at its best. Why digress it, distort it, pollute it with AI?

I believe it's necessary, actually crucial, to start the journey of merging Foresight and AI now. Because right now, we are in the midst of a race where the MAG7 are taking all the glory and all the profits. This race will potentially stifle innovation outside of corporate structures to such a degree, that only a few unicorns ripe benefit from the majority of venture capital available. That's really a tragedy.

Yes, AI is hallucinating, and the Human-in-the-loop is important to curate content and execute decision power. But we have to bring strategic clarity for these businesses to navigate uncertainty and become resilient - and we cannot do that from an ivory tower of frameworks, that never reach them.

In order to let smaller, innovative businesses grow and survive (about 30-50% actually fails after series A funding, which is an awful lot of money and effort wasted), we have to democratize Foresight practices. AI can do that.

By a structured workflow, embedding a multi-agent AI engine, Twinno.io is set to help board rooms - investors and founder teams - strategize with less gut feel and biases. Further, we match and connect Growth Businesses and Investors based on how much they share views on strategic execution.

It's radical, and it may take some time to perfect it, but we are determined to help accelerate the funding journey towards a more open playing field for businesses. Let me know what you think? Did you ever hear of Strategic Foresight before? Are you a Growth Business trying to get your investors on board with your vision? I'd love to hear from you.
